Their front-of-bottle number

Other labels can print the raw-material equivalent instead of the contents. Pick how that brand counts, then slide to the number on their front.

ours: 500 mg, the studied dose

Same as ours. 500 mg of actual extract, stated plainly. Rare, and worth buying from whoever does it.

Equivalents are a legal labeling convention, not a lie. Our shilajit is 500 mg of actual extract. Two of our secondary ingredients, ashwagandha and ginseng, do use 10:1 equivalents, and our panel prints the derivation.

The fulvic acid percentage

Same purified shilajit, three ways of measuring it. Watch the number a label can print.

20%fulvic acid, as measured

About 20%. A gravimetric method that isolates fulvic acid. The number we print, and the range authentic purified shilajit lands in.

Illustrative ranges from published method comparisons. A percentage without a method is a number without a meaning.

8 min
Before you buyThe five questions people ask

Do shilajit gummies actually work?

Shilajit at 500 mg a day has modest support from small human trials, mainly for holding strength under fatigue over eight weeks. No trial has tested a gummy, and most gummies contain far less than 500 mg. Whether one works comes down to dose and purity.*

Are shilajit gummies safe?

At studied doses, purified shilajit produced no safety signal in trials up to 90 days. The risk is contamination of poorly purified product. Pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or on medication: talk to a doctor first. Every reported side effect, with sources.

Why 500 mg when other bottles say 4,000 mg?

Because 500 mg is what is in the serving, and it is the dose the best trial used. A 4,000 mg label is usually 400 mg of a 10:1 extract, stated as a raw-material equivalent.

What does 20% fulvic acid mean?

One fifth of the extract's weight is fulvic acid, about 100 mg per serving. Authentic purified shilajit lands near 15 to 20%; labels that claim 70 or 80% are usually counting organic matter that is not fulvic acid. Eight brand labels compared.

When should I take them?

Two gummies with your morning coffee, every day. Give it eight weeks before judging.
